Service Technician

NH Tap is a small, growing water filtration company serving homeowners across Southern New Hampshire. We’re looking for a Service Technician to join our team—someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn a solid trade.

No prior experience in water filtration is required. We provide paid, hands-on training and a clear path to grow within the company.

What you’ll be doing

  • Install and service residential water filtration systems
  • Diagnose and resolve common system issues
  • Work directly with homeowners in a professional, friendly manner
  • Maintain and organize your work vehicle and tools
  • Restock inventory at our Milford warehouse as needed

What we offer

  • $50,000 starting pay
  • Clear path to ~$70,000+ once fully trained

Schedule & availability

  • Primarily Monday–Friday
  • Occasional on-call rotation for emergency service (a few times per month, with additional pay)

What we’re looking for

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Plumbing or trade experience is a plus (not required)

Apprentice Technician

NH Tap is hiring an Apprentice Technician—an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to learn on the job and grow into a full Service Technician position.

No experience required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist with installation and service of water filtration systems
  • Learn tools, materials, and best practices on the job
  • Support lead technicians on daily service calls
  • Help maintain equipment and organize inventory
  • Work out of our Milford warehouse and across Southern NH
